New patients
Your first visit, step by step
A new-patient visit takes about an hour.
Step 1: Request a visit
Use the form or call us. Tell us a good day and how you would like us to reply.
Step 2: We check your benefits
If you have dental insurance, we check your plan's benefits and tell you what it says it covers before you come in.
Step 3: Fill in your forms
Health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are available if you prefer.
Step 4: Your exam
Your dentist examines your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and talks through what they found and what you would like to change.
Step 5: Your plan, in writing
You leave with a written plan and an estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions before you decide.
Fill in your new-patient forms
Complete your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.

What do I bring to the first visit?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your previous office to send them.
Do I fill in medical details on this website?
No. Our contact form asks for no medical details. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.
Can you get my records from my previous dentist?
Yes. Give us your previous practice's contact details and, with your written permission, we will request your records before your first visit.
Ready to book a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We will take it from there.
